How we keep ads and content bar-compliant
Every page, blog post, ad headline, and landing page is checked against a state-specific advertising rules matrix before it goes live. No guaranteed-outcome language, no comparison claims, no "specialist" unless certified, and no client names without written consent on file.
Compliance review sits inside our publishing workflow — it's not an extra step and it's not billable. If a draft fails review, we rewrite it before you see it.
Common questions from law-firm partners
- Do you understand legal advertising rules?
- Yes. Every page and ad passes a state-bar advertising-compliance checklist before publishing. We avoid superlatives, comparison claims, and guaranteed outcomes — and we keep a per-state matrix because rules drift.
- Can you handle conflict-checked content?
- Yes. We never publish a case study or client name without written consent. Anonymized metrics are the default.
- How do you measure results?
- Lead form submissions, qualified consultations booked, matters opened, and — when available — cost per matter. Not bounce rate, not "impression share."
- What practice areas do you focus on?
- Estate planning, employment, immigration, business, IP. We don't do personal injury — different buying behavior, different compliance surface, different competitive set.
- How small is too small?
- Solo practitioners can benefit but the economics get tight under ~$4k/month total spend (retainer + ads). We'll say so if the numbers don't work.
- Do you require an exclusivity clause in our geo?
- Yes. One firm per practice area per metro. If we're running ads for an estate planner in Austin, we won't take another Austin estate planner.
